Frequently Asked Questions
You will get an automatic email saying your order has been processed. Once the order has been sent to you, you will get another email saying your order has been despatched and we will give you the tracking ID to follow up your shipment.
Please allow 1-2 working days after dispatch within Ireland.
Please allow 5-7 working days after dispatch within the UK.
All purchases can be returned for a refund within 14 days of receiving your original order. Please note we cannot accept returns past this time frame. They will be quarantined & you will need to contact us to arrange your own return shipping. We do not accept in person returns.
We will refund the full price of the item. You will not be refunded shipping costs
- Pack up your item carefully to ensure no damage & include the returns form that has came with your parcel.
- We recommend register posting your return, as it is your responsibility until it reaches us.
- Keep your receipt until your refund has been processed.
Please ensure that tags are intact & there is no make-up/ tan or deodorant marks on the item. If an item is returned to us in unsellable condition, we will have to send it back to you.
In the unlikely event you receive a faulty item please contact us via email at email@example.com.
It can take up to 10 working days for a refund to appear in your bank account. You will receive an email when your refund is processed only. You will not receive an email when item is received so please watch your own return tracking.
We do not offer exchanges at this time.
Unfortunately, due to the overall high demand for merchandise and availability issues, we do not currently allow for price adjustments.
We ship within Ireland & The Uk at the moment but we hope to expand this in the future.
