All purchases can be returned for a refund within 14 days of receiving your original order. Please note we cannot accept returns past this time frame. They will not be processed & you will need to contact us to arrange your own return shipping.

We will refund the price you purchased the item at. You will not be refunded postage cost.

If you are making your return via An Post we recommend you register your return, as the return is your responsibility until received back.

Please note we do not accept in person returns/drop off to store.

Please ensure that tags are intact & there is no make-up/ tan or deodorant marks on the item. If an item is returned to us in unsellable condition, we will have to send it back to you.

In the unlikely event you receive a faulty item please contact us via email at ollieandmacboutique@outlook.com within 24 hours Please note in this event where a replacement is offered but refused the customer will need to follow returns as normal.

It can take up to 10 working days for a refund to be processed.

• Shipping to Ireland and Northern Ireland generally takes 1-3 working days after dispatch. Shipping cost: €6.00

Your parcel will be shipped with D.P.D, and you will receive an email from them upon collection where you will then be able to track your order. Ireland customers will also receive a text message with the time of delivery and an email once delivery is complete with proof of delivery.

Please note the onus is on the customer to leave a note in advance for special instructions ie if parcel needs to be left somewhere safe of animals. You can also choose a safe place for parcel to be left when you receive your text message from DPD.
